Aururio Customer Care
How can we help?
Find quick answers about evening dresses, sizing, shipping, returns, payments, and order questions before your event.
Products & Fit
Aururio dresses are designed according to the measurements shown on each product page, but evening dress sizing may feel different from everyday clothing. Formal dresses are usually more structured around the bust, waist, hips, and length, so your usual dress size should only be used as a starting point.
Before ordering, compare your body measurements with the size chart carefully. If you are between two sizes, choosing the larger size is usually safer because a tailor can often adjust a dress smaller, while making a tight dress larger is much harder.
We try to display product colors as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may happen because of studio lighting, outdoor lighting, phone screens, monitor settings, and production batches.
This is especially common with satin, sequins, champagne, ivory, blush, burgundy, and dark tones, because these fabrics can reflect light differently. If color matching is very important for your event, please review all product photos carefully before placing your order.
Many formal dresses include lining, but the construction may vary by style. Please check the product description for details about lining, closure, fabric, stretch, padding, and silhouette.
If a dress is made with satin, mesh, sequins, or a fitted silhouette, the lining and inner construction can affect how it feels on the body. When in doubt, contact us before ordering and we can help you check the product details.
Many evening dresses can be altered by a local tailor for a more personal fit. Common adjustments include hem length, straps, waist shaping, bust area, or small side-seam changes.
However, heavy beading, sequins, lace, boning, high slits, and special necklines may make alterations more difficult. We recommend allowing extra time before your event in case minor tailoring is needed.
Before placing an order, check the size chart, dress length, fabric description, closure type, lining, product photos, return policy, and estimated shipping time. These details matter more for evening dresses than for casual clothing.
If you are buying for a wedding, gala, formal dinner, prom, or another time-sensitive event, please order early enough to allow for shipping and possible tailoring. A beautiful dress still needs enough time to arrive, settle, and be fitted properly.
Formal dresses should be handled gently. For satin, sequins, lace, embellishments, structured bodices, or delicate fabrics, professional dry cleaning is usually the safest option unless the care label says otherwise.
Avoid machine washing, strong twisting, high heat, and direct ironing on embellishments. After wearing, hang the dress properly and store it in a cool, dry place away from sharp accessories or rough surfaces.
Evening dresses are affected by body shape, height, posture, heel height, lighting, and how the fabric moves. A dress may look more fitted, longer, shorter, softer, or more dramatic depending on the person wearing it.
That is why we recommend checking both the model photos and the product details. The best choice is not only the prettiest photo, but the style that matches your measurements, event setting, and preferred fit.
Some evening dresses may look better with seamless underwear, strapless bras, adhesive cups, or light shapewear, depending on the neckline, back design, and fabric thickness.
For satin or fitted dresses, smooth underlayers can help reduce visible lines. For open-back, one-shoulder, or deep neckline styles, please check the dress photos carefully and plan suitable undergarments before your event.
Size Guide
Measure your bust, waist, hips, and preferred dress length, then compare them with the size chart on the product page. Do not choose only by your usual U.S. size, because formalwear often fits differently from daily clothing.
Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level around the body. If possible, ask someone to help you measure, especially for bust and length. Accurate measurements are the best way to avoid sizing disappointment.
If your measurements are between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size. A slightly larger dress can often be adjusted by a tailor, while a dress that is too tight may not have enough seam allowance to be let out.
This is especially important for structured evening dresses, fitted satin dresses, mermaid silhouettes, and styles with little stretch. Comfort matters, especially if you need to sit, walk, dance, or wear the dress for several hours.
The most important measurements are bust, waist, hips, and dress length. Bust helps determine the upper fit, waist affects the narrowest part of the silhouette, hips matter for fitted or mermaid styles, and length affects how the hem falls with your shoes.
If the dress has straps, sleeves, a high slit, or a fitted bodice, other details may also affect fit. Always read the product description together with the size chart.
Your normal U.S. size can help you start, but it should not be the only thing you use. Different brands and dress styles can fit differently, especially in formalwear.
For the most reliable result, compare your body measurements with the product size chart. If your bust, waist, and hips fall into different sizes, choose based on the most fitted part of the dress.
This is very common. In that case, choose the size based on the area where the dress is most fitted. For example, if the dress is fitted through the hips, hip measurement may be the most important. If it has a structured bodice, bust and waist may matter more.
When one measurement is much larger than the others, sizing up and tailoring the looser areas is usually safer than choosing a size that may be too tight in one key area.
Dress length is usually measured from the highest shoulder point or neckline area down to the hem, depending on the style. The way the dress falls can also change based on your height and heel height.
If you plan to wear heels, measure while considering the shoes you will wear to the event. For floor-length dresses, a small difference in heel height can change whether the hem touches the floor or sits above it.
Stretch depends on the fabric and dress construction. Some fabrics may have slight flexibility, while satin, sequins, structured bodices, and lined formal dresses may feel less forgiving.
Please check the product description for fabric details. If a dress has little or no stretch, choosing the right size becomes even more important.
You can contact us before ordering with your bust, waist, hips, height, heel height, and the dress style you are considering. We can help you read the size chart and choose a more suitable size.
Please note that we can provide sizing guidance, but final fit may still vary depending on body shape, fabric, and personal fit preference.
Returns & Exchanges
Please review our Returns & Refunds policy before placing your order. Return eligibility may depend on the return window, item condition, packaging, and reason for return.
Formal dresses are delicate items, so returned dresses should be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition where applicable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
If the dress does not fit, please contact us as soon as possible. The item must meet our return policy requirements, including condition and time frame.
Because sizing issues are one of the most common problems with formal dresses, we strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering. If your event date is close, please order early enough to allow for possible tailoring or return communication.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will usually be processed back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please keep your return tracking information until the refund is completed. This helps confirm the package status if there is any carrier delay.
Yes. Returned items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or damage.
Evening dresses are delicate and event-specific, so we may not be able to accept returns that show signs of wear or handling beyond normal try-on.
Exchange availability depends on stock, order status, and return eligibility. If you need a different size or color, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the available options.
For time-sensitive events, placing a new order may sometimes be faster than waiting for an exchange process. Our customer care team can help you choose the better route.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, label, and the issue. This helps us review the problem quickly.
Do not alter, wash, or repair the item before contacting us. Once a dress has been changed or worn, it may be harder to verify the original issue.
Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return and the details of our Returns & Refunds policy. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Packages sent without prior communication may be harder to identify and process, which can delay your refund or exchange review.
Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. After processing, estimated delivery to the United States is usually 7–15 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, or other factors outside our control. If you are ordering for a specific event, please order as early as possible.
Processing time is the time needed before your order ships. It may include order confirmation, product preparation, quality checking, packing, and handoff to the carrier.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. For example, if processing takes 3–7 business days and delivery takes 7–15 business days, the total time may be longer than the shipping estimate alone.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. If the tracking page does not update immediately, please check again later.
Package delays may happen because of customs checks, carrier congestion, holidays, weather, incomplete address information, or local delivery issues.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number. We will help check the shipping status where possible, but carrier and customs delays may require additional time.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for these charges. Customs rules vary by country, so please check your local requirements before placing an order if you are concerned about import costs.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Please double-check your street address, apartment number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email before completing checkout. Incorrect information can cause delivery delays or failed delivery.
First, check around your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, or local delivery office. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered shortly before final placement.
If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier and then contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the situation where possible.
Payments
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Depending on your location and checkout options, supported methods may include PayPal or other secure payment options.
Because payment availability can vary by country, device, and payment provider, please check the checkout page for the most accurate options before completing your order.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Aururio does not store your full payment card information.
Please make sure you complete payment only through the official Aururio checkout page. We will never ask you to send full card details by email or message.
Payment failure may happen because of bank restrictions, insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, card security checks, browser issues, or payment provider rules.
Please check your billing information, try again, use another payment method if available, or contact your bank. If the problem continues, contact us and we can help review whether the order was created successfully.
You are charged when your order is placed successfully through checkout. After payment is confirmed, you should receive an order confirmation email.
If you see a charge but did not receive an order confirmation, check your spam folder first. Then contact us with the email address used at checkout so we can help locate the order.
If you have a valid discount code, enter it at checkout before completing your order. Discount rules may vary by promotion, product, order value, or expiration date.
If a code does not work, check that it has not expired and that your order meets the promotion requirements. Some offers may not be combined with other discounts.
Once an order is placed, the payment method usually cannot be changed directly. If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will check what options may be available.
Please do not place duplicate orders unless you are sure the first order failed. If you are unsure, contact us first so we can help avoid duplicate charges.
Order Issues
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aururio.com. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Please include your order number, email address, and the change you want to make. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of helping before the order moves forward.
Please contact us with your name, order details, shipping address, and correct email address. We will help locate your order and update the contact information where possible.
If the order confirmation was sent to the wrong email, you may not receive tracking updates until the email is corrected, so please contact us quickly.
First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Order confirmation emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email address used at checkout, your name, and any payment details available. We can help check whether the order was placed successfully.
After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Use the tracking link to follow the package status.
Please note that tracking may not update immediately after shipment. It can take time for the carrier to scan and display the latest information.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area. These photos help us review the issue and communicate with the carrier or supplier if needed.
Please do not wash, alter, repair, or wear the item before contacting us. Keeping the item in its received condition helps us handle the issue more accurately.
We can provide estimated processing and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date because shipping may be affected by customs, carriers, holidays, weather, and other delays.
If your event is close, please contact us before ordering. We recommend ordering as early as possible so there is time for shipping, inspection, and possible tailoring.
You can contact us at support@aururio.com. Please include your order number if your question is about an existing order.
For sizing questions, include your bust, waist, hips, height, heel height, and the dress style you are considering. This helps us give a more useful answer instead of a vague recommendation.
