Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Window

Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery.

Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How Returns Work

Do not send your return to the address shown on the original parcel unless instructed by our customer care team.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Return request submitted within the stated return window
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • No perfume, deodorant, makeup or body marks
  • Original tags and protective packaging intact
  • No alterations or repairs
  • Returned according to the instructions provided by Aururio

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn to an event
  • Washed, altered or damaged items
  • Items with removed tags
  • Items showing perfume, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or other signs of wear
  • Returns submitted after the return window
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Gift cards, where applicable

Detailed Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Contact support@aururio.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. Include clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

For returns caused by sizing, fit preference, colour preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot redirect the refund to a different card, bank account or payment account.

After the return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order separately for the preferred size, colour or style.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once product preparation, quality inspection, packaging or shipment has begun.

Items clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned for preference, fit or change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect assistance for an incorrect or confirmed defective item.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect or confirmed defective item.

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, any return shipping, handling, customs or redelivery charges may be deducted from the available refund.
