Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The final amount may depend on the destination, order value, package weight and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered processing or has shipped.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, carrier congestion, remote locations and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check around the delivery entrance, mailbox, reception area and with household members or neighbours. Then contact the local carrier using your tracking number.
Contact support@aururio.com with your order number, tracking number and a description of the issue. For damaged parcels, include clear photographs of the outer packaging and the item, and keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive on different dates.
Eveningwear may require hemming or minor alterations after delivery. For weddings, galas, proms and formal events, we recommend placing your order at least 3–5 weeks before your event date.
